The Mirrow I Became
You may wonder what it means to work with me. What it feels like. Where this quiet way of holding space comes from.
And honestly – I don’t have a perfect answer. What I offer isn’t based on methods or techniques. It’s rooted in what I’ve lived. In what I’m still living.
This isn’t a guide. It’s not about how I work. It’s about why.
Over the past few years, I’ve walked deep within. Into silence. Into shadow. Into truth. I’ve met parts of myself I longed for – and parts I avoided. And at some point, I realized: I’m all I ever wanted – and the one I fear the most.
Getting to know yourself – not just on the surface, but in the places that ache or tremble – isn’t easy work. It’s raw. Sometimes messy. Sometimes painful. But always worth it. And in its own quiet way – magical.
I’ve been to dark places. And I came back. Not fixed. Not finished. But softer. Clearer. Rooted.
And because I’ve been there, I now hold space in a way I never could before.
And I’ve learned: I don’t need to fix. Or rescue. Or lead. I’m here to witness. To reflect. To ask the kind of questions that open something inside:
What is it you’ve always longed for?
And what is it you quietly fear?
Sometimes, they live in the same place.
And when they do – that’s where the real work begins.
