Echo #2 – The Soul’s Dance

When I’m working deeply – with myself, with others, with whatever wants to shift – I need something to hold me. Something that doesn’t speak, doesn’t ask, just carries. For me, that’s classical music.

It’s a balm. A quiet counterbalance to the inner movement.
One piece that touches me every time is Spiegel im Spiegel by Arvo Pärt. It feels like my soul is slowly breathing inside it.
And then there’s Canon in D Major by Johann Pachelbel – my everyday companion. It’s the sound I start the day with. Whether I’m already awake or still gently drifting between worlds, this music brings me softly back to life.

Maybe today you’d like to give yourself a piece of music that doesn’t lead you anywhere – but simply moves with you. Something that asks nothing of you, but quietly helps you remember.
